traction and abs light. over filling transmission?

so i think it might have been possible i overfilled the trans after oil change. i ran the car and pumped some in. anyways, can that cause traction light and abs light'?

Any ideas? they came on fairly quick after filling. sense then, ive leveled it off and it hasnt gone away. does it need to be shut off, or will it automatically. is it possible that it was an insane coincident like 1 min after the car was started? i need to have it read to see if its one of the abs sensor or what....

Make sure you didnt unplug and of the secondary throttle body wiring and non of the abs wires. I assume you didnt unplug any thing. Also, if there were something wrong with the transmission, the transmission light would turn on and limp home mode would be initiated.
