Default Wire/Fuse tips for fuel pump power cable?

Problem:

The wire tips connected to my fuel pump are corroded and causes intermittent starting problems.

Unable to reach my electrician & since I am unsure of how to describe the wires no-one seems to be able to help me other than with 'they cant be changed, they're power fuses that run through the car" AND since that if of absolutely no help to me at this time I have resorted to creating a thread for assistance.

Question
Can these tips be changed and if so what are they called exactly so I can google and purchase them.

Help?!
