Steering Wheel stays locked when the engine is turned on or off. Cannot manuever at all. Tried moving key and inserting pin in the hole for tumbler to align properly. Nothing working.

Any ideas please help

Ah, I just got this problem. Here's the fix if you want it totally gone. I haven't done it myself yet.

Just did this and it's SO easy. Literally 5 minutes. I used an 11/32" drill bit, but 3/8" should work too. You do need to remove the lower column trim which is just one philips head screw. Super-easy. The spring literally just fell right out when I drilled here!

Best mod ever lol. Just did it in under 5 minutes kind of scary though drilling into something as valuable and not knowing. All done and fixed now. Thanks a bunch Tejon

It's a little weird not having the wheel not lock now, but I think it's only an anti-theft feature, so oh well I don't know why mine locked on me, it was just about two days after doing a manual transmission swap. Maybe I bumped/wrecked something while under the column?

It was scary drilling this, especially since the column and ignition is expensive, hard-to fix, important, etc.....
