The M54 MS43 DME doesn't talk to the cluster much- me, I'd keep the ti cluster, too.
Flash an EWS3 delete, wire in the electronic throttle... I'm thinking there isn't too much
more, besides the A/C IF you want to use the M54 variable displacement pump.
