Well six cyl isnt only positive. They are heavier, so the weight distribution isnt as good as the 318ti. I do think it has an alu block though, so its not that bad really. The six cyl engine will also consume more fuel, but gas is still pretty cheap in the US compared to Europe. Also, parts and service for a six cylinder will be more expensive.
Tyler's remark about ugly interior in the German 323ti is mostly because of the colour I think. This is the way my 318ti looks like on the inside. No heated seats, damn germans must be freezing their asses off
It came with a BMW Original CD/radio and NO sunroof
