I'm surprised by how people instantly dismiss dealerships when they could join the BMWCCA for what $35? and get 20% off if they look around. I'm lucky, my local dealer gives that 20% and the parts guys are really helpful. I always get the feeling they're the unsung heroes or "grunts" of the dealership and like guys who do their own work.
