Exclamation M50 swap problems

Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched and didn't really find an answer

I'm currently in the middle of swapping an M50 from a 94 325i into my 95 318i.
So far the swap has been pretty straight forward, I have the motor in and I'm currently just doing the cooling system and the electrics. But I ran into a slight problem and I can't seem to find answers anywhere...

I'm using the m50 wiring harness, and DME, so I shouldn't have a problem with that. But I put everything in and there is 3 connectors/plugs left and I can't find where they go. I went to down to the doner car (the 325i) and sure enough, those wires are wired into the fuse box, and as far as I could see you really can't swap the fuse box (?), plus, out of all the swap threads I have seen I have never heard of anyone doing that, I could be wrong though.

Here is a picture of the connections and plugs that I'm talking about.

So, what are those connections for? Am I going to have to get the fuse box out of the other car?
Oh yeah, the m50 was originally mated to an automatic transmission, I don't know if that matters. But the PO of the m50 did a manual trans swap.

Thanks for any help
