Hi Nick, and welcome to the forum! Glad to have you with us.
What I would recommend would be to get so some brake cleaner/ & or another good engine cleaner & degreaser & clean around the dirty area then go by your local auto parts store a pick up a bottle of engine UV dye as well as some UV glasses & flashlight so you can pin point the seepage. I'd put money on it being the oil filter housing gasket(Just a guess). Part #11421709800. 2.95$ from ECS tuning & relatively easy to do as long as you have basic tools as well as some Alan key bits and torque bits.
This car is extremely easy to work on & very rewarding to do so as well! Hope you enjoy owning it, & if you have any problems/ general questions any one here would be happy to help you
