you do know that replacing the motor with a crack will probally not fix the problem. they are falling off the track becuase the tracks in the sides of the doors are bent inwards or outwards. if you bend them back, it typically fixes the problem.
the problem is, when you slam the door, it will come off the track, and when you use the motor to lift the window, (since it is not on track) it goes on an angle, and snaps this and that, and breaks things.
