Ok. thanks cooljess. sounds like you know what you are talking about. i am going to get under the glovebox today and see what is up with that tab and the cable. i will be back on tonight to post the results. this sounds like my problem. because when i turn the knob i dont get really any resistance. must be the same problem u were having. thanks for the info. __________________
