There was a 10 year warranty on some catalytic converters on the ti. I'm not sure that it would apply to you UK guys as it had something to do with US EPA requirements for emissions equipment. The MOT might have something similar. I would check with your local dealership and see if your VIN was affected and if the warranty and replacement time frames are the same. There is a copy of the letter that BMW sent to us US folks floating around here somewhere. That might be a good thing to have in hand when you start asking about this. Good luck. |
