there are no specific mounting points in the back of the ti for car seats, per se. you could use the factory harness attachment points, but then you're out of a belt if you need one.
my suggestion is to pull the seat out (lift from the forward edge, it'll pop right out) and see if you can get longer bolts and attach brackets to where the seatbelts attach at the lowest point. you could also easily go behind the seat on the belt side and use the trunk tie down. but, i don't think this is the safest bet.
EDIT: some seats (i still believe this is done) can just be buckled in. i would start there before mucking around with modifications. |
