Option No. 341 was the option for color matched bumpers, but I'm not sure if there was a different option for color matched side skirts (I've not seen one).
I currently have a 1997 active with Alpinweiss color matched bumpers (#341 is noted on the build sheet) and unpainted (gray) side skirts, FWIW. __________________
