btw, i have a 1997 S52 in my 318ti. Everything was swapped into it from the donor car. And the code that came off of the OBD II scanner was P1403. |

Same problem here for me.
Please clue me in if you figured out the solution.
Coding it out in the DME is a possible solution but if all the EVAP parts are there it seems like it should be able to work.
