my mate put two welds, on the heat shield. it stopped the rattle, but made it vibrate. its because the shield had expanded over time and was not a smug fit anymore. my fix was a replacement, not expensive at £130 inc vat. (non-genuine) a bmw one is £500!!!!!! __________________
