Ask the shop to show you where it is leaking from, have them pour some coolant in the radiator and it should be obvious. If not obvious, then they can pressurize the system with a tool and it will push the fluid out of any leak points.
A radiator replacement is a really easy job on a 318 since there the radiator fan is mounted to the radiator and it all comes out as one.
