well, my 1999 ti has a rough idle as well. I just replaced the thermostat, i guess with the 92 degree, and it will be in the middle of the temp guage w/in 3 mins @ 15 degrees. however, at idle, it sounds and feels like I've got an old American muscle car V8. the whole thing shakes and makes everybody in the neighborhood pissed off. could an aftermarket exhaust cause this kind of rough idle? sure enough, I check my vacuum hoses, and my fuel injector is broken, so I have a bolt in the hose for now, but there is not an improvement in the idle. anybody else with a similar prob? |
