Well it sounds like the attitude you were given was probably inappropriate. They should have called you when the quote changed. Did you sign a form when you dropped off the car stating what the quoted work was? In Florida there is a standard form that you sign that lists the quote and you check a box that you want to be called if the work is going to exceed that amount.
But ultimately, it sounds like they made the situation right even though their attitude may have sucked. They reimbursed you the money and told you they would do the other side at no additional charge. That is less than what you would get from a BMW dealer. |
