I too own a small parts company,
www.fastenwerks.com , and I am SO tired of these shady as hell companies ruining the reputation of the rest of us companies. I was solicited to buy thier kit for $1800 and carry it on my site, I made the smart move and stuck with DA.
What they are doing to you is so busch league. I would be disgusted if I were you. There are scammers all around. I had a guy buy something from me, use it for a month and file a claim saying it was broken. HE WON! So I have it here and it's just broken. He now wants me to file a claim on it so he can get the $900 he insured it for. It's too bad people like this exsist.
Take thier asses to court. Nothing is fun like a CC dispute. THe merchant is in the wrong 80% of the time.
