Haven't updated this in awhile, since the last time you heard from me I have:
*Installed 6 cylinder Throttle cable
*Changed Subframe bushings (AKG 75D)
*Changed Trailing arms bushings (Ireland Engineering Blk/street kit)
*Installed a 3.46 LSD with E30 diff cover & output flanges,Diff bushing (AKG 75D) & Mobil 1 synthetic gear oil 75w90 + LSD additive
*Test fitted style 32 E39 fitment (it sticks way out!)

So far the game plan is to do the brakes, suspension & all the reinforcements then send it to my buddy at JNF Kustoms to do all the body work & color change. I haven't decided on a color yet but looks like it might be an orange, still open to suggestions if anybody has any. As you guys can see I didn't go with the M coupe/M roadster rear end route like J!m's swap manual suggests so expect a custom rear brake setup on this project since I won't accept anything less than the perfect brakes balance. To give you a taste of the rear setup:
2 piece rotors using the stock rotor center as the park brake section
Adapter brackets to locate calipers
Longer Brake lines (braided steel)
All attaching hardware
4 piston Wilwood calipers
Aftermarket Pads.
This weekend I'll be working on the wheel bearings, installing remanufactured E30 Axles, mounting the twisty sideskirts & relocating the battery to the trunk if I get the parts on time.Enjoy!
