I'm down-sizing to only 265/40-17's this time to save $100.00 on the tires...
did you have the rear fenders rolled or what? how did you fit those monsters in there?

here's what i found using the ETK in regards to the battery in the trunk:

09 41118189987 REAR LEFT SIDE MEMBER
10 41128189988 RIGHT REAR SIDE MEMBER

10 41128189988 RIGHT REAR SIDE MEMBER
19 41128235754 REAR BATTERY BRACKET
20 41128235755 REAR BATTERY BRACKET

now, obviously part 19 and 20 aren't in our ti's. the question is, is the floor pan different or is that only different because it includes the battery brackets on the 323ti version? we really need a pic of someone's 323ti floor with battery brackets! ggggaaaaahhhhh

or i guess one could just get this and transfer everything: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...55&hg=41&fg=05
LOL

some more findings ...

not sure why they offer four different trim panels (#2) for each model, but they're all different. the jack storage partition (#5) and the trim panel/luggage pan (#3) on the passenger side of the hatch are also different and could be locations for the battery. really need pics of a 323ti!
