Try a sip of 1% or nonfat milk. I used to be able to drink a few cups - maybe 1/2 quart of whole milk at once. . .Then my parents started buying 2% and after a few months of that, my body started refusing to ingest whole milk. Now, all I can stomach is 2% or 1%. I've never been able to drink down a tall glass of milk - only the small tiny cartons that we got in elementary/middle school. |
