I think it was under the intake, in front of wiring box.

Also, It's not super important to bolt it to something. You could zip-tie that to something just as long as it is secure and out of the way you will be just fine.

***EDIT*** After looking at your picture again, if you have the motor together look on the head and you should find an empty bolt hole for that bolt and screw it in. It is not crucial where it is located. I'm confident it was up front but not before the oil cap. I fairly sure (80%) it was mounted on the head. Zip-tie if you can't find a hole to bolt to.
