Well I got everything done yesterday. The nut on the bushing bolt was the biggest PITA I have ever come across. The use of extensions and a huge breaker bar were necessary as well as my dad using some insane force to break it free.

After that, everything went really smoothly. The old bushing was pulling away in three places and just looked worn out. I was very impressed by how clean the old cover was on the inside, Royal purple is fantastic stuff. Filled it back up with another 1.2 qts and was on my way.

I have put about 50 miles on it so far, I can definitely say that the loud rear end clunk I had when letting off the gas is gone. I'm sure that with a new guibo and motor mounts the whole drivetrain will feel tight.
