I am also a college student, and I suggest that you wait till you can afford to pay cash for something. There are alot of things that most people don't think about when buying a vehicle, First there is sales tax, then plates, then Full coverage insurance, maintance, gas. It all adds up quick, and plus loans Suck, calculate how much extra you will be paying for the car.

I personally Drove beater cars till I saved enough cash to buy my Ti.

I also make rounds through my room and garage, and see what I can sell, throw it up on ebay and save the $. I also buy things that I know I can resell for more, even if I will personally never use the item. Some of the things in the past are 2 sets of wheels, one for a S-10 pickup and one for a civic, between the 2 I made $400 profit. Also anything performance sells well on ebay, especially superchargers and turbos, if you have a local junk yard, stop in and see what they will sell you parts for, then check to see what stuff is selling for on ebay, if you can make enough profit to make it worth your time then go for it.
