Review your policy carefully, one of the reasons Progressive is cheaper than some, is their crappy service and coverage. I've known a lot of people over the years that had to use progressive because of tickets and such and all had horror stories when a claim had to be made. I ended up having a lawyer write them a letter when my wife's car was rear ended by one of their clients... They wanted to total it out for the wholesale low book value. I ended up getting retail dealer value.. Got tired of fighting with them eventually.

See if your policy says replacement value on it in the coverage for collision.
