I know its a lil late in the thread, but my 95 will not lock with the doors open and if one door gets locked everything, including the gas cover, gets locked and it is the same with unlocking. you can only push down the button on the door with the doors closed to lock your self in or lock the door with the key with the doors closed.

Just really seems to be a anti-lock yourself out device. lol


EDIT: Also, when you are locked in the car, everything unlocks when you simply open the door.
