The circled screw is the passenger side T20 screw that has to be removed to release the moonroof top. Once the screw is off, get a pick tool or a long slender screw driver and poke it thru the screw hole and push the cad plated mounting plate to release the detent or locating pin.
Once both sides are free, just lift the moonroof up and over the roof. __________________
