The end answer is it should not really hurt the car to use the e-brake.

It will wear out the brake because its not designed for really
stopping the car repeatedly, and IMHO you should not need it
to initiate a straight up drift. I've also seen BMW's warp rotors when
the park brake is over used.

Why not go take some car handling schools and learn it?
They are freeking blast, most fun you can have with the lights and your pants on.....

And you'll just have to get used to the smart ass answers when you
start talking about street racing, street drifting at least from me,
because its these activities which hurt the whole auto sports group.
We have enough negative press as it is.
