i have the same thing in my ti, except that it's an aftermarket pioneer changer with the stock deck.
the adaptor is made by peripheral, and to use the aux inputs the adaptor has to be grounded (probably done by previous owner). i believe (i haven't used it in ages) all you do is have the source playing, then switch to the cd changer. it automagically takes over when it receives a signal.
with no signal going to the rca, the changer plays.
fiddle around with it and let me know. i may be interested in actually running wires to hook up my mp3 player. |
