I just bought a 95 318ti from a friend earlier today. It's got a hair under 200k miles, is Alpine White, and has a mess of an interior. It's a 5-speed and a slicktop, which is super neat.
I'll start a proper thread for it over in the Lounge section, but I just figured I'd introduce myself first. I'm a longtime BMW fan, and my life is more or less run by these cars— I own/operate an independent BMW shop here in the Phoenix area, I track BMW's, and pretty much all of my friends own BMW's.
My background is more rooted in the 5 series, particularly the E34, so this 318ti will be an interesting change. I've owned two E36 M3's in the past, so I'm not entirely unfamiliar with the platform, but of course the 318ti has its own new quirks that I'll learn.
