I was injured on the track racing motorcycle so couldn't ride for a while and have been driving the ti for a couple months now, but with my commute (LA Westside 22 miles) the stick is killing me. I love the car…it's the perfect combo of quickness and fuel efficiency.

I have owned a number of e30's including a beautiful M3 that I regretfully sold a long time ago. The 318 invokes the same feelings as the previous owner did some tasteful suspension mods and also an intake.

I have gauged the car to be worth mid 4's to low 5's and even had it posted for a while on CL, but now think I should put a cage in, gut and compete in a new series being started by NASA.

will post on another thread but wanted to share my story and solicit any feedback from fellow track/race car owners.
