Got it done, and I'm VERY happy with the results. Works perfectly, and I can open my window again

Bolts right in too. only uses two different holes already in the door, and the hole is already marked in the door panel.
Bigger regulator is the power one.

Now, weight results. My postal scale only went up to 2lbs, couldn't find the bigger one.
Manual regulator: around 2.5lbs, the scale could almost hold it but not quite.
Power Regulator: I'd guess around 3.25lbs, I'll post up a true number if I find the other scale
Power motor: 1.75lbs
Manual handle and pieces: less than 1/8 lb.

So you DO save a couple pounds, figure more if you chop out all the necessary wires out of the car.
