Ahhhhhh brilliant, thanks very much, il have a go at that, however the resistor i have (has small coils on it,like springs) looks different to the one in the pictures.
I would have thought giving the Vin number at BMW Parts would give me the right part, but when i asked him about where it is situated, he told me it was behind the center console which just confused me more, looks like hes given me the wrong one then, maybe for a coupe?
