My new-to-me '97 Cali has a black fabric headliner that is sagging. Doesn't seem to be like the foam-backed fabric that sagged on my old '93 525it - that stuff was horrible and couldn't really be effectively re-stuck. This seems to be more like the old "mouse-fur" headliner cloth of early VW bug days. Will be moving the car from misty moisty Oregon down to SoCal soon, so will probably wait to attempt any headliner repairs in hopes that it will stay stuck better down south. |
