Use your ti halfshafts. The output flanges pop right out of the diff and you could use your ti output flanges, halfshafts and trailing arms. As Dave said, the subframe is the same between the ti and 2.8L Z3, so swapping the subframe and trailing arms serves no benefit.

BTW, the reason the 2.8L Z3 halfshafts are longer than the ti halfshafts is because the trailing arms stick out further than the ti trailing arms. The only benefit of swapping rear subframes and trailing arms would be if they came off of an MZ3. Then you'd be able to use MZ3 rear brakes. The MZ3's trailing arms probably wouldn't stick out as far as the 2.8 Z3 trailing arms because the MZ3 uses wider wheels in the rear. The 2.8L and 1.9L Z3's use the same size rotor as the 318ti, 272x10mm while the MZ3 uses a 312x20mm vented rotor.
