Around 4100-4500K offers the highest lumens output; lumens drop off after that and the light becomes bluer. Heres a list of approximate lumens output vs. Kelvin temp:
3000K - "Ion" Yellow
lumens: 3200 4500K - Pure White
lumens: 3400 5000K - White with a Sky Blue Hue
lumens: 3300 6000K - White with a Violet Hue
lumens: 3200 8000K - Sky Blue
lumens: 3100
