The first time I transported rims with tires I folded down the seats like I did with the TV, and it barely fit.
When I got them refinished (18" rims no tires), I put one in the trunk, 2 in the rear seats, and one in the front seat with me, with the seat belts fastened so they didn't move around and hit each other lol.
After I got new tires for them, I realized that I could put all 4 rims with tires in the back seat, neatly organized, standing up haha...Obviously I had to use bags to protect my interior. I found that to be the best solution when bringing wheels with you.
yeah, regardless of rim size, if the tires have the overall same diameter as stock, they're pretty big.
Did you fold down your seats?
