As long as the car hasn't been lowered, there shouldn't be excessive tire wear on the insides.

I'd suggest going to get a wheel alignment done. Like the guys said, it won't be adjustable. They'll be able to measure if it's in factory spec or not. If it's not, it could have taken a nasty bump against a curb or something which may need bits of the suspension replaced to bring it back in spec.
