Just do a search for it, there are lots of them out there. Try Honda-Tech.com.
Yes, bike ITBs will work on a Ti, but you'd need to do some research to find what kind of flow you need/want and find the right diameter. You should be able to copy a Honda 1.8 L setup. You'll need custom programming ($$$$$$$$).
