Issue 1... I never use A/C but if you need it, Get a new or junkyard compressor and a receiver dryer and your a/c should work.

Issue 2... They make aftermarket cruise control systems that custom shops can install. May not be as nice as the BMW one but I think they are cheap ~300-500

Keep the car... The things you listed in my mind are very small problems to have. I was expecting to read, blown head gasket, or trans is F'd. Keep the Car. You have done too much to it to see it go.

I know I may be new here, but I have a e46 323i and if I got rid of it due to small issues like that id hate myself after doing it!
