My interior is in excellent condition, just needs a bit of clean up on the upholstery with these exceptions.:

-Rear cargo area is a bit messed up, I have not taken a real close look, the carpet is really dirty, they must of used the back as a truck.
-Passenger side air bag cover is a bit warped.

Everything else is in really good shape for a 97 car.

I do not need these parts:
-Front seats unless the M style were made in Gray.I will probably install some some Recarro Speeds but will consider the M seats.
-Dash, I have a mint gray one from my M3 race car project
-Headliner, my car is a CA edition, as in many cars the gray and black may have the same color but if I am wrong let me know.

I do not know the value of these parts so BRO, or trade.
