The tail lights on Pelican are the exterior lenses only. The ebay ones appear to have both the exterior lens and interior trim panel (US spec. cars have the same interior light).
I've actually tried to order from that same seller in the past and they would not ship to the US. You might want to verify if they will ship these to the states before you purchase.
