Please check with any local BMW mechanics regarding the Romanian engine management.
I don't know for sure if they follow the same rules as the US models!
It is safe to assume,
to a certain degree, that if you found an (OBD-I) 1995 M3 engine/ECU/wiring harness and installed it into your (OBD-I) 1995 ti there would be little, if any, problems.
