H&R doesn't publish spring rates and you don't want what they recommend anyway.
I currently run 400f/600r and I like it for daily/autox/track. It's probably a bit on the stiff side for just a daily driver.
However, spring rates are really personal preference to the way you want the car to handle. Just pick something to get started and then pick up used springs and swap them out to test. __________________ ~Dave~
