You can attached a photo by 3 methods.
Manage Attachments The preferable way is
Upload File from your Computer or Upload File from an URL.
Another way is use the insert image button but that can throw the window size off which you are trying to do.
Please enter the URL of your image is looking for the remote location. For instance someone may want to post a picture from another website, like photobucket.
