Hey guys, new member here but long time member of online BMW community (I.e. Moderator at e46fanatics) and also a 16 year member of the BMW CCA. I own multiple BMWs and I am looking for a 318ti that I will use for commuting

Prefer later years
Must be automatic, commuting in and around NYC is not fun in a manual
Prefer unmodded
Must have clean interior
Must be mechanically sound
Prefer maintenance records
