Here are my suggestions:
Lights: ZKW or Bosch. I would recommend HIDs, they make a HUGE difference over the standard halogens.
Angel eyes: predator chromium’s (umnitza)
Front bumper: e36 m3. I'm currently running an e46 m3 bumper and trust me, you'll get sick of the look, plus the Bmw purists are always on your ass about it
And go for ABS or polyurethane for the bumper material, its more durable in the long run; Fiberglass is more rigid and can crack more easily than ABS or poly. Try Rieger if you don’t want to go oem.
Exhaust: both are good, personally, i'd go supersprint, but that’s just my preference.
