No disrespect to J!m, and I certainly recognize all the hard work he put into creating the manual and his desire to protect that. There seems to be a misunderstanding of copyright. According to the First Sale Doctrine, copyright cannot legally prevent an original physical copy from being resold. If you possess an original printing, you own it. That physical printing is yours to do with as you want, resell, loan, whatever. As long as you're not reproducing it. If book and music publishers etc could legally do that and make tons more money forcing everyone to buy new copies, they would have a heyday with it. Sorry Jim, I don't mean any disrespect.
