From what I can find... there doesn't seem to be much hope.

http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=584570 Seems like the cost of modifying the wiring, tuning/removing EWS, for the DME, whether it is the MS42 or MS41.1 will cost so much it would negate the gain of getting a completely free 323ci donor. For the cost I should be able to find a scrap yard 328 with a M52 and do that swap.
